Purpose

These terms describe use of the website published by SKI & WAKE 74 (SkiWake 74). The website presents activities and allows a quote request to be sent. It does not create a customer account.

Quote request

Sending the form does not book a date, does not amount to an order and does not trigger any payment. The company then replies, usually by email or by phone, with a proposal. Until that proposal is accepted in the way it will set out, no service contract is formed by the mere sending of the form.

The information requested must be accurate. The free-text message must not contain unnecessary data, in particular health data or a named list of participants.

No price is displayed on the website. The applicable price is the one in the quote, stated in euros including all taxes.

The rules on the deposit, cancellation, postponement and weather are in the terms of sale. The particular conditions of the quote prevail over these general terms.

Intellectual property

The texts, the brand, the logo and the structure of the website are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. Photo credits are given in the legal notice.

The website links to outside pages, in particular the website https://skiwake74.com, Google Maps and the partners’ websites. Those pages have their own terms. Their content is not under the control of SKI & WAKE 74.

Liability

The texts on the website describe the activities in general terms. The service actually offered is the one in the quote. This page does not take away from a consumer the rights granted by law.

Applicable law

The website is published from France and is aimed first at an audience in France. French law applies, without depriving a consumer who resides in the European Union of the mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of residence.
